Sweet Art Society Boxes are always shipped the 3rd week of every month. USPS Ground Shipping is included in your subscription box fee.
Your box will ship the third week of the month, and you’ll get an email notification when your box is sent. If by the fourth week of the month you haven’t received a shipping update, please contact us.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
Once a package leaves the Sweet Art Society Headquarters, we have the same tracking access that you do. So, if your package is lost in transit - or states ‘Delivered’ - go straight to your post office with your tracking number, and they’ll be able to assist you. Again, we don’t cover lost, stolen, or missing packages.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS INFORMATION
We do not currently offer a subscription for International Customers at this time, but are working towards offering it in the future.
Billing is the first week of each month. The payment for month-to-month subscription boxes is due the first week of each month. The full payment for three- and six- month subscription boxes is due up front the first month of your subscription.
Unfortunately, because of the customized nature of these subscription boxes, we do not allow returns or give refunds to subscription boxes paid for in advance.
