What is a subscription box?

A monthly product box that is pre-paid and auto-shipped every month, until you cancel.

What is the Sweet Art Society Subscription Box?

Our monthly box contains a selection of fine art supplies and instructional materials that will allow you to play with new fine art mediums and exclusive stamps. Boxes include VIP club membership and Sweet Stamp Shop perks too!

What am I buying?

Each subscription box has the ingredients to allow for 4 instructed projects, and lots of inspiration and supplies for many more!

How does it work?

Order your subscription online. Choose monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual – the longer you commit, the more you save and the bigger the perks!

How do I pay for my subscription box?

ACH through Authorize.net – for ease of cancellation and security, PayPal is not available. These payments are automatic, and we’ll warn you before we charge.

What do I get?

Hand-selected high quality art supplies that will allow for the completion of at least 4 projects using instructions from Nicole.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime, but we will fulfill your subscription for the term length you purchased.  Unfortunately, we cannot refund subscriptions that have already been paid for.

To discontinue your month-to-month subscription, go to My Account page on the Sweet Art Society website and click "Cancel My Subscription." The cancellation is effective immediately and you will not be charged during the next billing cycle.

How do I upgrade my subscription?

You can upgrade by emailing us at customerservice@sweetartsociety.com. Tell us which plan you’d like to switch to (month-to-month, three months, or six months) and ensure your billing/payment information is correct on your Account page.

Once the change goes through, we will cancel your other monthly plan. You will be charged for the new plan the next business day.

Upgraded subscriptions paid for after the 15th day of the month will not ship until the following month. If subscriptions boxes are available prior to the 15th of the month, you can sign up for that month. If we’re sold out, you can sign up, but your subscription will start the following month.

How do I change my ship-to address?

Go to the My Account page on the Sweet Art Society website, where you’ll be able to update your address and other billing information.

How do I change the credit card used for my auto-renewal?

Go to My Account, where you can update your billing and address information.

Can I gift a subscription?

Yes, but you are responsible for the correct address and your credit card will be charged until you end the subscription. Stay tuned, as we will also be coming out with special gift subscriptions in the near future!

What materials do I need to provide to use the subscription box?

You may need to provide a few basic crafting supplies such as tape, scissors, glue, water, acrylic block, etc.

Can I pay month-to-month for my 3 or 6 month subscription?

If you order a three or six month subscription, the full amount for the entirety of the subscription must be paid in full the first month. Your subscription will auto-renew every 3 or 6 months, depending on your box selection.

How much time do I have to cancel my subscription?

You have until the first business day before your payment is run. Once you are charged on the next business day, there are no refunds.

If Suzie buys a month-to-month subscription then:

She will be charged for one subscription box the next business day after she places the order.

If she placed her order by the second week of the month and we still have boxes in stock, she will receive her subscription box during the third week of that month. If we are out of stock, she will receive her box during the third week of the following month.

If she placed her order after the second week of the month, Suzie will receive her first subscription box during the third week of the following month.

If Desiree buys a 3 month subscription then:

She will be charged for all three subscription boxes the next business day after she places her order. She’ll be able to cancel her subscription for a full refund within 3 business days. If she chooses to cancel her subscription after 3 business days, she won’t receive a refund.

If she placed her order by the second week of the month and there are boxes still in stock, she will receive her first subscription box during the third week. If we are out of stock, she will receive her first box during the third week of the following month.

Desiree will receive her second and third subscription boxes during the third week of each consecutive month. Her subscription will automatically renew every 3 months.

If Taylor buys a 6 month subscription then:

She will be charged for all 6 subscription boxes the next business day. She will be able to cancel her subscription for a full refund within 3 business days. If she chooses to cancel her subscription after 3 business days, she won’t receive a refund.

If she placed her order by the second week of the month and there are still boxes in stock, she will receive her first subscription box during the third week of that month. If we are out of stock, she will receive her first box during the third week of the following month.

Desiree will receive her subscription boxes during the third week of each consecutive month for 6 months. Her subscription will automatically renew every 6 months.
